Leading Global Telecommunications Company with Offices Across India

Our first search at Corporate Associates in September of 2005. We were mandated to identify a HR person for a renowned French company in the business of providing communication equipment and services to telecommunications companies, ISPs and data providers.This role involved management & coordination of a major JV and onboarding of around 3000 employees PAN India. Post merger employee counselling, relationship building, expectations management and engagement formed an integral part of this role. This role was based at Mumbai.

We were able to identify two strong candidates within 8 hours of the requirement being shared with us, and that is what proved critical in closure of this search. The next morning, one of the candidates we referred flew from Mumbai to Delhi and attended the interview at Gurgaon. The candidate had rich experience in the desired side of HR plus had performed HR policy analysis and improvements, competencies description writing and contract manpower administration in his earlier roles.

He was found like a hand in glove and was made a verbal offer that very afternoon. The candidate informed us about how exciting the day had been for him over lunch at our office in Corporate Associates. The candidate spent around 5 years in the organisation and then moved on for further for progression pursuits.
